- Facilitate JIRA/Agile sprint planning ceremonies
- Present findings to executive leadership teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in fintech/healthcare
- Expertise in UML diagrams, user stories, and process flows
- Advanced SQL proficiency with complex query optimization
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
- Proven track record with CRM/ERP implementation
- Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks (HIPAA, SOX)
- Strong presentation skills with executive stakeholders
