Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into actionable data models and process flows
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to define KPIs and success metrics
- Develop SQL queries and data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Document user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Facilitate JIRA/Asana backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions
- Analyze A/B test results and present optimization recommendations
- Create executive dashboards and performance reports for C-suite stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years as Business Analyst in tech or consulting environment
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes
- Proficiency in visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Agile/Scrum certification (CSM or PSM preferred)
- Experience mapping end-to-end business processes
- Strong communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating data-driven impact on revenue or efficiency
- Austin-based or willing to work in Central Time Zone
