Responsibilities
- Collect, document, and analyze business requirements through stakeholder interviews and process mapping
- Develop functional specifications and user stories for software development projects
- Create and maintain process documentation, flowcharts, and data models
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement solutions aligned with business objectives
- Support UAT testing and provide user training for new systems/processes
- Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs and business performance
- Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and cost-saving measures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of business analysis, data analysis, or project coordination experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio)
- Basic understanding of SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
