Responsibilities
- Document and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to gather requirements for new initiatives
- Create detailed process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Assist in developing data models and reporting dashboards
- Support UAT testing and documentation of system changes
- Track project milestones and communicate progress to leadership
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in fast-paced environments
- 1-2 years of internship or academic project experience preferred
