Responsibilities
- Gather and document stakeholder requirements through interviews and workshops
- Create process flowcharts and data models using Visio and Lucidchart
- Analyze business metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Support the development of test cases and UAT documentation
- Assist in preparing executive dashboards and performance reports
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into technical specifications
- Participate in agile sprint planning and retrospectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Basic understanding of SQL and database concepts
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
