Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to identify business needs and document detailed requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and facilitate workshops to gather and analyze data.
- Create and maintain business process documentation, user stories, and flowcharts using tools like Visio or Lucidchart.
- Assist in data analysis tasks using SQL and Excel to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Support the execution of Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or bottlenecks in the workflow.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SQL or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus but not required.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
