Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles, including scope definition, resource allocation, and timeline management
- Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and implement best-in-class project management methodologies
- Drive risk mitigation strategies and proactively address project obstacles
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure deliverables meet quality standards
- Maintain real-time project dashboards and provide executive-level progress reports
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement practices
- Manage project budgets and optimize resource utilization across teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP or CPM certification required
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience in tech or SaaS environments
- Proven expertise with Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Jira, Asana, or MS Project
- Experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
