Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Develop detailed project plans with clear milestones and deliverables
- Manage cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, UX, Business) to ensure alignment
- Track KPIs and report progress to executive stakeholders bi-weekly
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Optimize resource allocation across concurrent initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years project management experience in tech sector
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Expertise in Jira, Asana, and Microsoft Project tools
- Proven track record of managing budgets $500k+
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
