Responsibilities
- End-to-end project lifecycle management from conception through delivery and post-launch optimization
- Lead Agile/Scrum methodologies with daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and resource allocation strategies
- Stakeholder management across technical, business, and government entities
- Risk mitigation and proactive issue resolution using Jira/Confluence
- Performance tracking against KPIs using dashboards and reporting tools
- Mentor junior project managers and foster continuous improvement culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive project management experience with $5M+ budgets
- PMP or CPM certification required
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with public sector/government contracting preferred
- Advanced proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Asana
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Demonstrated success in managing remote and hybrid teams
