Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of business requirements to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications for the development team.
- Assist in data modeling and reporting efforts to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct quality assurance testing to ensure software solutions meet business needs.
- Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies for project initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable components.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel (Advanced functions such as VLOOKUP, PivotTables), and basic data visualization tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
