Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and document functional requirements clearly and concisely.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Documentation: Create detailed user stories, process flows, and business requirement documents (BRDs) using standard templates.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units to ensure mutual understanding.
- Process Mapping: Assist in mapping current state workflows and developing future state process models.
- Reporting: Support the creation of performance reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value potential and attitude over a long resume.
- Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is essential).
