Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and document detailed functional requirements.
- Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas for operational improvement.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise business requirements documents (BRDs) and use case diagrams.
- Reporting: Assist in the development of reports, dashboards, and presentations to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Process Improvement: Participate in process mapping and workflow analysis to recommend solutions that increase efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings and workshops to ensure all team members understand project goals and deliverables.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
