Responsibilities
- Assist senior business analysts in gathering and documenting detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
- Conduct preliminary data analysis using Excel and reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
- Create and maintain process maps, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
- Support the testing and quality assurance process by creating test cases and documenting defects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- A willingness to learn SQL and data visualization tools (training provided).
- Proactive attitude with a passion for solving problems.
