Responsibilities
- Assist in Gathering Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Documentation: Create and maintain detailed business process documentation, user stories, and system specifications.
- Support Business Processes: Participate in process mapping and workflow analysis to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units, ensuring clear understanding of project goals.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value potential and eagerness to learn.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools (like Tableau or Power BI) is a plus.
