Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing IT projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Track project milestones and deliverables using Jira and Microsoft Project
- Facilitate daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings
- Document project requirements, risks, and progress reports
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, business analysts)
- Manage project timelines and budgets under PM guidance
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination/internship experience
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- Basic knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
