- Document project requirements, risks, and change requests
- Support stakeholder reporting and budget tracking activities
- Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions and process documentation
- Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives for agile projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
- Certification in Scrum Master or PTA (Project Team Associate) preferred
