- Track project milestones and update stakeholders via Jira/Confluence
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and marketing
- Document project requirements and maintain risk registers
- Assist with budget tracking and resource allocation
- Participate in continuous improvement of project processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 0-2 years of project coordination or internship experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle
- Certification in Scrum/Agile (or willingness to obtain)
