Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance systems for next-gen AI and distributed computing platforms.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Neuromorphic Computing) to solve complex business problems.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for engineering teams focused on the 2026 tech horizon.
- Conduct rigorous technical evaluations and proof-of-concepts (PoCs) for new hardware and software solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to align technical vision with business goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or Go, with a demonstrated ability to work with low-level systems and high-level AI frameworks.
- Strong understanding of Cloud Native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, or spatial computing technologies is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, experimental environments.
