- Lead cross-functional teams in the design and implementation of next-generation infrastructure.
- Oversee the integration of advanced automation tools to enhance productivity and scalability.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of future-readiness initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to secure budget and resources for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership, strategy, or consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing) and their business applications.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on long-term horizons.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
