Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical vision for Nexus Horizon's 2026 product suite, focusing on Generative AI and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and data scientists to prototype and validate next-generation neural architectures.
- Future Tech Integration: Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) and integrate them into our current development cycles.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI safety, transparency, and alignment with human values.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives for investors, partners, and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering or AI research, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems. Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) is mandatory.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt technology strategies accordingly.
