- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech scaling
- Partner with venture capital arm to evaluate and integrate emerging startups
- Present tech roadmaps to investors and board members with ROI projections
- Establish KPIs for tech adoption and transformation metrics across 15+ business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ years in emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record launching enterprise-grade AI/blockchain solutions
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in futures methodology (horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, ACM, or peer-reviewed tech journals
- Certification in Tech Innovation Management (CTIM) or equivalent
- Experience scaling tech teams across 3+ international markets
