Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized infrastructure
- Analyze emerging tech convergence points (biotech-digital interfaces, climate-tech AI)
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with MIT, Stanford, and NASA partners
- Translate complex R&D outputs into patentable commercial applications
- Advise C-suite on regulatory compliance for next-gen technologies
- Author thought leadership for World Economic Forum and IEEE publications
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from prototype to market
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum cryptography, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Proficiency in technology forecasting frameworks (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing SBIR grants and DARPA partnerships
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
- Certification in Technology Strategy from Stanford or MIT
