Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, Web3, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven insights
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate future technology applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech policy developments and assess regulatory implications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing high-stakes decisions
- Strong project management skills with successful delivery of large-scale initiatives
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CDMI) highly desirable
