Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to ideate future-proof solutions
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and disruption threat assessments
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Monitor regulatory and ethical implications of future tech deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech assessment and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two future-critical domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive audiences and influencing strategic decisions
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech innovation ecosystem
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation preferred
