Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong background in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across global organizations
