Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and societal shifts to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop future scenarios and roadmaps for 2026-2030 product ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation initiatives
- Conduct market disruption analysis and competitive intelligence for emerging domains
- Author thought leadership reports on future-proofing business models
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions based on future insights
- Build and maintain expert networks in academia, startups, and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with future-focused projects
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and change
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-strategy implementations
