Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or advanced R&D
- Proven track record of launching technology products with $10M+ revenue
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or equivalent
- Certification in Futures Studies or Innovation Management preferred
