Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients facing disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Produce quarterly future-state reports with actionable recommendations
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Present strategic visions to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Contribute to Horizon's proprietary Future Impact Index methodology
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their applications
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience publishing thought leadership in industry publications
