Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and fine-tune proprietary LLMs using state-of-the-art architectures like Transformer variants and diffusion models.
- System Architecture: Build scalable, high-performance inference pipelines capable of handling millions of requests daily with low latency.
- Prompt Engineering: Develop advanced prompt engineering frameworks and guardrails to maximize model output quality, safety, and relevance.
- Ethical AI Implementation: Lead efforts in AI safety, fairness, and transparency to ensure our models align with human values.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and legal teams to integrate AI solutions into consumer-facing products.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML systems.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- LLM Expertise: Deep understanding of GPT architecture, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning techniques.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize for performance.
