Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical goals with business strategy.
- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Readiness) into core business operations.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to modernize legacy systems and ensure scalability through 2026.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to forecast industry trends and technological disruptions.
- Manage a budget for R&D and technology procurement, ensuring optimal ROI.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in IT leadership, strategy, or engineering management.
