Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap across AI, blockchain, and biotech verticals
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing proof-of-concepts for emerging technologies
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D budget through stakeholder presentations and ROI modeling
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic institutions
- Mentor junior innovators through our proprietary 'FutureLab' accelerator program
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to C-suite and board members
- Drive patent portfolio development targeting 15+ new IP filings annually
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching at least two enterprise-scale tech products
- Expertise in emerging tech stack (AI/ML, quantum computing, IoT)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful commercialization of futuristic concepts
- Strong network within Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent designation
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
