Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders.
- Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and user stories to visualize business logic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and Operations, to ensure project alignment.
- Conduct basic data analysis to support decision-making and reporting needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- No prior professional experience as a Business Analyst required; we value potential and a strong learning mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
