Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from various stakeholders to support project initiatives.
- Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams to translate business needs into functional technical specifications.
- Perform data analysis using SQL and Excel to generate reports and insights.
- Create visual aids such as flowcharts, wireframes, and process maps to communicate complex ideas.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to ensure solutions meet user needs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- No Experience Required: We provide comprehensive on-the-job training for the right candidate.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel is a plus).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
