Responsibilities
- Assist in Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with team members to identify business needs and document functional requirements clearly.
- Data Analysis: Support the collection and analysis of data sets to identify trends, patterns, and potential areas for process optimization.
- Documentation: Create and maintain high-quality documentation, including user stories, process maps, and functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals.
- Process Improvement: Participate in brainstorming sessions to suggest improvements to existing business workflows and operational procedures.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to communicate findings to management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we value raw potential and eagerness to learn over a long resume.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) is required; familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
