Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Vision: Lead the strategic direction for our AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and emerging industry trends.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning pipelines and deep learning frameworks capable of handling enterprise-scale data.
- Research & Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve in breakthrough technologies (e.g., Transformer models, reinforcement learning) and integrate them into our core product suite.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI models, from experimental prototyping to production deployment and continuous monitoring.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialized Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
