We are looking for a visionary Lead Architect to steer our technical strategy and build the infrastructure that will power the future.
The Role
As our Lead Architect for the 2026 Initiative, you will be responsible for designing the core technical framework that will support our most ambitious projects. You will bridge the gap between theoretical research and scalable engineering, ensuring our solutions are robust, secure, and ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Oversee the development of quantum-ready infrastructure and high-performance computing systems.
- Establish best practices for security, scalability, and data integrity across all projects.
- Mentor and guide senior engineering teams to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers and researchers to translate complex concepts into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure system stability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and systems engineering.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Strong background in Machine Learning infrastructure and high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, research-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
