Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all night shift operations to ensure seamless daily workflows.
- Manage a team of 10+ employees, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback.
- Analyze operational data and generate reports to identify areas for efficiency improvement.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and internal communications with professionalism.
- Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, corporate policies, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors to ensure continuity of operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or corporate supervision.
- Proven track record of successfully leading night shift teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field preferred.
