Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business workflows to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality across departments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions that enhance productivity.
- Prepare high-level reports and dashboards for executive leadership to track KPIs and strategic goals.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to optimize service delivery and costs.
- Lead root cause analysis for operational issues and formulate long-term strategic solutions.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in corporate operations or business analysis.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
