Responsibilities
- Oversee Daily Operations: Manage the end-to-day operations of the corporate office to ensure maximum efficiency and workflow productivity.
- Process Optimization: Analyze current workflows and implement strategic improvements to reduce costs and enhance service delivery.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a team of junior managers and staff, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with department heads in Finance, HR, and Sales to align operational goals with broader business objectives.
- Resource Management: Allocate budgets effectively and manage vendor relationships to ensure operational needs are met within financial constraints.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in operations management, corporate administration, or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Jira).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective, scalable solutions.
- Location: Must be willing to work in-person in Portland, OR.
