Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Product Management, and Operations, to define project requirements and success metrics.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
- Perform data modeling, gap analysis, and functional testing to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive stakeholders to support strategic planning.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and act as a liaison between technical teams and non-technical business units.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables), and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- BS/BA degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
