Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse operations during the night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment for all team members
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day shift management for seamless transitions
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Lead, train, and motivate night shift staff to achieve performance targets
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior management
- Prepare detailed shift reports and performance metrics for daily briefings
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse operations experience with night shift leadership
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-volume environments
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions with minimal supervision
