Responsibilities
- Oversee real-time inventory management and order fulfillment during night shift operations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless logistics workflow and on-time delivery
- Implement and optimize warehouse safety protocols and efficiency standards
- Generate and analyze operational reports for leadership review
- Train and mentor night shift staff on operational procedures
- Collaborate with day shift teams for operational continuity

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- 3+ years experience in warehouse/logistics operations
- Strong proficiency in WMS and inventory management software
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule with weekend flexibility
