Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor 15-20 overnight team members across warehouse, fulfillment, and logistics departments
- Oversee inventory control, order processing, and transportation coordination during night shifts
- Implement OSHA-compliant safety protocols and conduct daily safety audits
- Develop and optimize shift schedules to maximize productivity and resource allocation
- Collaborate with day-shift leadership for seamless operational handovers
- Resolve escalated customer and partner issues during overnight hours
- Generate performance reports and KPI dashboards for senior leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Proven experience managing overnight shifts in fast-paced environments
- Strong proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- OSHA certification and advanced safety training
- Excellent conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
