Responsibilities
- Coordinate 20+ night shift team members to achieve daily KPIs
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS systems
- Implement safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts
- Resolve operational disruptions with minimal downtime
- Collaborate with day shift leadership for handover
- Generate performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 5+ years in logistics/warehouse management
- Proven night shift leadership experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Advanced proficiency in WMS platforms
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain preferred
- Data analysis skills with Excel/SQL
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license
