Responsibilities
- Oversee all night-shift operational activities to ensure 100% facility uptime and security.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate a team of 10+ corporate support staff and security personnel.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
- Manage emergency response procedures and coordinate with day-shift leadership to resolve operational issues.
- Prepare and distribute detailed night shift performance reports and operational logs.
- Oversee inventory management and facility maintenance scheduling during the evening hours.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management and after-hours corporate inquiries.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, facility management, or a corporate supervisory role.
- Proven leadership experience in a shift-based or 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
