Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization
- Document business requirements and translate technical specifications into actionable strategies
- Collaborate with global teams to ensure seamless integration of night-shift operations
- Develop and maintain dashboards reporting key performance indicators for executive leadership
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on business objectives and system improvements
- Lead UAT testing cycles for new implementations during overnight maintenance windows
- Champion data-driven decision-making across departments through compelling visualizations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis or financial operations
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently during night shift hours (6 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive stakeholders
- Certification in CBAP, PMP, or related business analysis designation preferred
- Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in financial services
