Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during night shift hours to deliver data-driven insights
- Develop and maintain detailed process flows, user stories, and system documentation
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops and present findings to executive leadership
- Implement QA testing protocols for new system integrations
- Generate performance metrics and KPI dashboards for decision-making
- Support system implementations during off-peak maintenance windows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in tech or finance sector
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Proven experience documenting requirements using UML/BPMN
- Exceptional problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in night shift environment (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) highly valued
