- Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for process optimization
- Document business requirements and translate technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed reports and dashboards using SQL and Excel for executive stakeholders
- Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions
- Implement and improve data validation protocols to ensure accuracy
- Support system integration testing and user acceptance testing for new initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience documenting requirements in Agile environments
- Certification in CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred
