Responsibilities
- Analyze complex business processes and translate requirements into actionable technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and validate data requirements
- Develop and maintain dashboards/reports using SQL, Power BI, and Excel
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to define project scope and success metrics
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven optimization solutions
- Support UAT testing and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Document workflows, data flows, and system integrations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in data-driven environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience documenting requirements in JIRA or similar platforms
- Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Certification (CBAP/PMP) preferred
