Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications for development teams
- Create detailed documentation including process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and maintain dashboards reporting key performance metrics
- Facilitate workshops and meetings during overnight hours to align project goals
- Perform data analysis using SQL, Excel, and BI tools to uncover actionable insights
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of business analysis experience in night shift or flexible schedule environments
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one BI tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong experience with requirements gathering and documentation methodologies
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies preferred
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
